Submit a Privacy Rights Request

Use this form to ask us about personal data concerning you that may appear in our index, or to exercise any of the rights described on our Privacy Rights page.

If you are a publisher or rights-holder requesting removal of your own website content, use the Publisher Takedown workflow instead. We respond to all requests within one calendar month. There is no charge.

Before you start, you will need:

A contact email address we can reply to
Specific URLs, search terms, or record identifiers where your data appears (if known)
A brief description of the personal data and your reason for the request

What happens next

Within 5 business days, we will send an acknowledgment with a reference number.
Within one calendar month, we will send a substantive response.
For complex requests, we may extend by up to two further months and tell you within the first month.

If you do not receive acknowledgment within 5 business days, email privacy@timpi.io with subject "Missing acknowledgment" and your submission date.

The information you submit here will be used solely to handle your request and maintain our internal audit log. It will not be added to our search index, used for marketing, or shared with third parties except where required by law.
