Submit a Privacy Rights Request
Use this form to ask us about personal data concerning you that may appear in our index, or to exercise any of the rights described on our Privacy Rights page.
If you are a publisher or rights-holder requesting removal of your own website content, use the Publisher Takedown workflow instead. We respond to all requests within one calendar month. There is no charge.

What to include in your email
Send what you can. If something does not apply, or you are unsure of it, say so and we will guide you rather than turn the request away.
About you
- Your full name. The name you would like us to use when responding. If your request relates to data published under a different name (maiden name, former name, pseudonym), include that as well.
- A contact email address. We will respond to this address, so please give one you check regularly.
- Your country of residence. This tells us which legal framework applies, and which supervisory authority to point you to if you need one.
- Whether you are acting for someone else. If the request concerns another person, say so. We will ask for proof of authorisation.
Your request
- Which right you are exercising: access, rectification, erasure, objection, or restriction. If you are not sure, say so and ask us to advise.
- Where the personal data appears. Any URLs, search queries, or record identifiers where you have seen it, one per line.
- What the data is and why you are asking. In your own words. A few sentences is usually enough.
- The geographic scope, if you are asking for erasure or suppression: within the European Union and United Kingdom only, or globally across all responses from our index.
- Anything else we should know, such as accessibility needs, a preferred response language, or sensitivity around the request.

That the information you have given is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you understand providing false information may be unlawful in your jurisdiction, and that you have read the Privacy Rights page and understand how your request will be handled.
What happens next
- Within 5 business days, we will send an acknowledgment with a reference number.
- Within one calendar month, we will send a substantive response.
- For complex requests, we may extend by up to two further months and tell you within the first month.
If you do not receive acknowledgment within 5 business days, email privacy@timpi.io with subject "Missing acknowledgment" and your submission date.
The information you submit here will be used solely to handle your request and maintain our internal audit log. It will not be added to our search index, used for marketing, or shared with third parties except where required by law.
